This month we are saying thank you and farewell to Executive Director Heather Creevan. Heather spent eight years as a Nebraska Recycling Council employee and three years as the Executive Director.
Heather always demonstrated a strong commitment to the Nebraska Recycling Council and their mission to maximize the economic and environmental benefits of resource recovery in Nebraska. As a self-described lover of trash, she was eager to network and connect with recycling industry partners, devoted many hours to fundraising for our annual conference and meeting with new and current members, managed the finances and staff, and provided historical knowledge to the organization, since her inception as an employee in 2014.
The Board of Directors and NRC staff would like to take this opportunity to publicly thank Heather for her hard work, dedication, and time at the Nebraska Recycling Council. We want to wish Heather well in her future endeavors and thank her for everything she has given to the organization.
